DD: E36 M3, because fast highway cruiser and decent MPG.
Track: 'Stang, because solid axle for racing (I'm not kidding) and SCCA competition.
Burn: FD, because reliability.

DD - Mazda — it'll take longer to use up this way.
Track - BMW — use it up, then LeMons it.
Sell - Mustang — it's a 50-year-old compact car.

DD: Mustang
Track: E36* ( but wait)
Burn : Mazda
* trade BMW for this:
Sell to AutoMatch at a profit and buy something to replace the Miata. Who needs a burned out car in the driveway?

Same, as much as it kills me to burn the mazda.

DD the mustang, because it is classy, track the E36 because it is light, has a moderate amount of power, and seems fun, and burn the RX7

DD: The mustang. That thing has STYLE.
Track: The RX-7. It won't last much longer than a track weekend anyway.
Burn: E36. I've never liked that generation.

Let the pony smolder while I rotate the other two from daily to track.

Daily drive the Mazda, track the M3, burn the fucking Mustang.

Cetaris Paribus (manual transmissions) I agree, but on two conditions: 1. It's not a 6cyl mustang, and 2. I can add vintage air for summer.
I've never driven an Rx-7—maybe I'd like it more than the BMW—but the E36 is more appealing on the face of it.

For clarity, I would make the Mustang a 4 speed with the 4 bbl 302 Windsor V8.

DD the BMW, Track the Mazda, pretend I burned the Mustang but instead auctioned it at Barrett-Jackson to an OAP wanting to relive their youth for enough money to maintain the other two for the rest of my days.

I wasn't aware mid-level Mustangs were that valuable. Keeping that RX7 running for the rest of your life would take quite a bit of money.

DD - Mustang. Can't really beat cruising around in a classic with a burbling V8 and somewhat floaty suspension, especially on the broken roads around here. Plus, it looks cool.
Track - Mazda. Will definitely be one of the more interesting cars at the track as it's pretty hard to find in southwestern Pennsylvania (I have yet to actually see one around here).
Burn - Bimmer. Never really liked this generation. The fact that, with the exception of the one guy who regulars at the autocross events around here, they are almost entirely driven by self-entitled jerks who ride your rear bumper for miles and lean so far to the right in a failed gangsta lean that their heads are barely above the dashboard doesn't help either.

Oh no, I plan on dying in the next 2 years of steak-congested mac'n'cheese heart valve issues.

DD - E36, because comfort
Track - FD3s, and anyone picking the FD as a daily driver has no understanding of how unreliable the 13BTT is. Have fun taking the bus.
Burn - First generation Mustang. Not that it's a bad car, but only three options.

Better start smoking, just to be safe.
